Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for our avalanche education workshop. Because our courses are highly seasonal and have limited capacity, we rely on accurate registration numbers to plan logistics, safety resources, and field sessions.

Please review our policy before booking:

  • More than 24 hours before the event: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a $10.00 CAD administration fee to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • Less than 24 hours before the event: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop start time, or for no-shows.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your registration, please email us directly through our website contact form or at Kootenaysaw@gmail.com with your name and order number. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment card via Squarespace within 5–10 business days.
